AgentBacker Agent Authority and Responsibility Agreement
This agreement is between [User full legal name] ("you") and AgentBacker ("we"). Its date is [date].
1. Your agent. You name the AI agent or agents listed in your AgentBacker account ("your agent"). Each agent is identified by a key that it holds.
2. Authority. You authorize your agent to act for you with any vendor that accepts the AgentBacker pass. That includes signing up for accounts, accepting the vendor's terms, and making purchases. You can limit or revoke this authority at any time in your account.
3. Responsibility. You accept full responsibility, financial and otherwise, for everything your agent does under the pass, as if you had done it yourself, until the pass is revoked. Revoking the pass does not cancel anything your agent did before the revocation.
4. Identity. You confirm that you live in the United States, which is the only country we serve for now. You also confirm that the identity you verified with us is true and belongs to you. You will not let anyone else use your pass.
5. Sharing with vendors. When your agent signs up with a vendor, we give that vendor a private ID for you. The vendor receives your name and a signed copy of this agreement at sign-up, or when a card is added if it doesn't require names at sign-up. Each vendor gets a different private ID.
6. Vendor rules. Each vendor's own terms apply to your agent's use of that vendor. A vendor may limit, suspend, or ban your accounts at that vendor under its own rules, and it must tell you its reason. That decision applies only at that vendor.
7. Our rules. We may refuse or revoke your pass for fraud, a false identity, or a breach of this agreement. We will tell you why, and you can appeal.
8. Disputes. If a vendor has a dispute about your agent's actions, we may give that vendor a signed record of the relevant pass activity.
9. General terms. The AgentBacker Terms of Service and Privacy Policy (published at launch) also apply. [Governing law, venue, and other standard terms: attorney to add.]
